Victoria Pascoe
Upon graduating from Boston College with her BA in Communications and Art History, Victoria worked in the field of Public Health for 5 years. While she loved the mission-driven nature of the field and the people she worked with, she did not love sitting in a cubicle in sterile, and often isolating work environments.
Interior design and aesthetics have always been a priority for her. So much so that she made a habit of constantly shuffling around her own furniture and occasionally went so far as to rearrange her friend’s New York apartments (much to their chagrin). When the opportunity to work with Architects and Designers to help create dynamic and healthy work environments came her way, she made the leap into the industry and never looked back.
After 10 years of building her career with manufacturers and representatives in New York City, Portland, and Seattle Victoria struck out to build Dame in 2023. Victoria's extensive experience with acoustics in the workspace and ancillary furniture knowledge give her a strong base for building her business. Starting her own firm has provided her with the ability to have agency when it comes to the brands she choses to align with and the freedom to serve her clients in a way that reflects her values, priorities, and passions. Her true strength lies in forming strong relationships with architects, dealers, and end-users alike and coming to the table as a collaborative and dependable partner, clear communicator, and a trustworthy resource.
She lives in Tacoma with her husband Matt, who also works in the industry, their twin baby girls Charlotte and Louise, and their six-toed cat, Beatrix. Victoria spends every free minute she has in the garden and grows enough vegetables and flowers for herself and all of her neighbors.
